Payment Options

For medical services included in membership care plans or pay-as-you-go care services, the patient is responsible to pay Alpha Functional Wellness applicable fees as set forth in the patient agreement. Alpha Functional Wellness and our physicians do not participate in any health insurance or HMO plans. Alpha Functional Wellness does not accept Medicare, or patients who participate in Medicare.
